lots of apps not wanted on menu

Hi once start 11 installed i have lots of apps i dont want on the menu but cant remove them, please see below.

How do remove them from win 7 and modern start menu

I have tried all settings and cant right click, delete, unpin or remove

In the Start 11 settings for Win 7, Start Menu section, under All programs list, use the drop down and try changing the 'Show universal applications in their own folder' toggle.
