Missing feature from Windows 10

from Stardock Forums

Hi,
    In the vanilla Start Menu found in Windows 10, there is an option in Settings to make the Tile Groups 4 medium tiles wide instead of 3 medium tiles wide. Any chance this option could be implemented in to Start11 also. Stay safe.
