Menu Color Would Not Change and Configuration Invocation Produced Blank Box

1) Windows 7 style > Settings > Customize menu visual appearance >
Use automatic color for the start menu = Off > Pick color >
I selected blue and clicked OK:  Menu color stayed black, not blue.

Fix:  I found I had to click "DeFault theme" in "Start Menu theme"
even though that was already the entry displayed in the dropdown box
(or else I had to click "Default theme with black edges" and then
"Default theme").  After I did that, the menu did turn blue.

2) When I tried to right click the Start11 button to bring up the
"Configure Start11..." box, instead a blank box was displayed.
Clicking it did invoke Start11 Configure.  This same thing occurred
whether I had set the right click to bypass the Win-X menu, or left
the default, which just produced a bigger blank box -- five lines, I
suppose, just not displaying the normal five text lines).

Fix:  Same as above.  Once I clicked "Default theme" to correct the
menu color problem, that also fixed the blank box problem, i.e., now
the boxes displayed the proper text.

3) Under Start Menu > Configuration > What should the power button do?
Shouldn't "Show an icon on the shutdown button" be "Show an icon on
the power button" to be consistent with all the other "power button"
   text?

This happened on three PCs.  On two, I installed Start11 .90 after
deleting Start10, but keeping my settings.  On the third I installed
.90 over the prior Start11 (.55?), keeping my settings.

This is on Windows 10 21H1.
