New install Fences 3 problem

I was having problems with Fences 2 not working in Windows 10 and I saw on here that Fences 2 is no longer supported so I bought Fences 3. Now I am having a problem with Fences 3. Whenever I restart my computer the task bar is there but no fences and no icons. It stays like that until I right click on the desktop or run file explorer or another program then they show up. Can someone help me please.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please see if you have selected to hide fences until Desktop is active. Try changing those setting.
