Start 11 Menu Goes Off Screen and RHS Menu Items are Unrendered

Start 11 menu will sometimes resize, be too long vertical for single monitor, and right menu items are not fully rendered (see image below).

I am running with four monitor (three horizontal and one above right monitor).

I can only access the full menu height where the two right side monitors align vertically (See image below).

Windows 11, but I have not seen the issue again after rebooting system.
