Bug with folder portals + windows 11 + context menu

Just rolled up to windows 11 and am mucking about.   Seems the new context menu is everywhere BUT within my fences portal.  created a new portal in case it was due to the upgrade and it seems that items within the portals just default to the old context menu.

windows 11 is no longer beta.  the RTM version is on the release preview ring which is the same thing the world will be getting in 9 days.

still, irrelevant.  I know fences 4 is being worked on, just wanted to mention the fact the portals arent using the new context menu in case nobody noticed it.  (not sure how popular of a feature folder portals are)
