User feedback to Fences product manager

I am a user from China and I am very happy to use your products.

There are some questions I want to talk about through this post

First of all, I would like to ask what was the original intention of the Fences product launch? I think it is to improve the efficiency of our users in looking through the files. The biggest help that fences brings to me is that I can directly display my most frequently used files or folders on the desktop, so that I can browse files faster and let my desktop Being organized, I am more comfortable with document classification.

But, do you know what your current products are like? Let me complain about it. First of all, I bought the genuine serial number very early. I have used it for more than 2 years, probably starting from version 3.0. The following is the formal discussion.

1. I set Fences as my startup item. Every time I boot up, after loading the desktop, any icons on the desktop including the file grid of Fences will not be displayed directly. It will only be displayed after 10 seconds. , My current CPU is i7-10710U, the memory is 16G, and the hard disk is Samsung 980PRO 1TB. To be honest, my computer configuration is not low. Didn’t your colleagues in the testing department find this problem during the test? Isn't this a software performance defect? This is where I feel most annoyed!

2. After I use the windows11beta version, Fences will directly interfere with my resource manager process, and I have to reinstall my windows11 and uninstall Fences. I don’t believe that your internal team does not use the Windows11 system.

3. Version 3.13 You said that it is your pinnacle work, is it true? My God, the pinnacle with the most bugs? The title of the grille is bold and unclear for no reason. Is your pinnacle work? Frequent misreporting of problems is also your pinnacle? why? This software has been around for a few years at least. Why have you been reluctant to make progress? Doesn’t the software need you to optimize iteratively?

4. Why do I have to change my desktop right-click menu after installing Fences? Don’t you think this is shameless behavior? Ok, I am referring to windows11, you'd better install it and take a look, can't it inherit the original right-click menu?

There are so many software bugs that I have to uninstall my Fences and completely abandon it from my computer. I am also a product manager in China. The products we export to the outside world will undergo very rigorous testing. Any one Regarding user experience issues, we are not going to publish a version. Don’t you have a corresponding internal workflow? I seriously doubt your attitude towards this software! You don’t care about development or testing. Even the product manager closest to the user doesn’t care about it. I suggest you take a look at the various fences software that China imitates you. How many bugs do they have and what is their experience?
