Default desktop icon size larger

Today my PC woke from sleep mode and the icons on the desktop and within Fences were larger. I tried rebooting and reapplying a previous Layout snapshot but that didn't fix the issue.  I was able to correct the issue by right clicking on the desktop, selecting view, and then Medium icons. I don't remember having the icon size selected in the past, just used the default icon size. Did something recently change with Windows 10 to cause a conflict with Fences?

OS:

Windows 10 Enterprise 10.0.19043 Build 19043.1237 (x64) 21H1

Stardock Applications:

Fences 3.1.3.3

Start10 1.97

WindowFX 6.12

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. What happen if you reboot again. Does the size change back to a larger size?

Thanks

I tried rebooting several times but it didn't fix anything. I think I had to disable the Windows 10 "auto arrange icons" for the "medium icons" setting to stick after a reboot. The odd thing was that Fences also increased the height of my fences when the icons became larger. That's why I'm suspect to possible conflicts with a Windows 10 update (KB5005565) and Fences. Changing to medium icons fixes the issue but it's concerning why the default icon size has changed and what other changes might have come with it.
