HotKey for the 3 dots

Jumping is somewhat useful.
But it does not tell you where you are, or the computer. I need a hotkey to select the 3 dots. Once I can call the 3 dots I can go anywhere, in Groupy, with the use of a macro.
For Example, execute by Voice or Key:
Close all WINDOWS in this Group. (Voice-Close Window Group) I use this a lot.
Save Group. (Voice-Save Groupy)
Rename Tab. (Voice-Rename Tab)
and more...
If there was a hotkey to open the 3 dots we could use a simple Voice Command, Nuance-Dragon Voice, to execute. As it is right now to open a tab in the group all I have to do is say "Click Excel Tab", which is the name of the Tab in a Groupy group. That's good, I just want to carry it to the next step. All is possible if we can get to the 3 dots by Voice or key.
