Start Button and Flashing Button

Hi i'm using the lastest version of Windows Blinds Acrylic 7 with custom Preset on Windows 10 build 19043.1165. I can't load Skin Studio to help me fix. this. I need to fix the flashing button to not have lines in it and the start button needs to be changed. See screen shot: below. I also need the taskbar buttons to hover blue. So i need the exact file names of these 3. Thanks.

It turns out the start button full path is: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds\BOIS Dark

And the start button file name is: start_button.tga
