Hello,

So, before that date 08/19/2021 there is not forcepoint and it was running fine with older Fences version, yes?

Thank you,

I don't know if the installation of forcepoint is what caused the fence installation to stop working. It stopped working yesterday and when you asked me above I checked and 08/19/2021 is when windows apps says Forcepoint was installed.

Also I dont know when Fences upgraded from last version to current version (I was not paying attention - I didn't upgrade fences version recently). I just know that fences was working prior to yesterday and now when I try to enable fences I get the above noted error.  The computer freezes up for a while and then a fences app popup window with the error above pops up.

When the app stopped working I then uninstalled it, purged the installed and tried to re-install but the same error comes back up regardless of what I do.  PC works fine without the fences enabled.

Yes, there is a lot of reports from others users with Fences and Forcepoint in their system and they too have issue with it. The only option that I know if your IT guy to help configure Forcepoint to let whitelist Fences. Or you can refer to this thread https://forums.stardock.com/502301/ . Where something similar to your issue. In reply#16 they found the solutions. It might be your Forcepoint is also enforcing it on your system.

Thank you,
