Fences 2.1.3 not working correctly anymore on Windows 10

For some reason the fences are no longer working correctly.  If I try to drag a fence with shortcut icons on it around the desktop the fence moves but the icons remain in the same place.  If I try to drag new icons onto an existing fence or a new one it looks as if it works but then when I move the fence the same thing happens as before.  Basically it;s now totally useless.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  • Windows version, please use Windows Winver.exe for Windows full version numbers.

I believe it is best for you to upgrade to Fences V3.x to work properly with Windows 10 latest version.

What actually happesn is that when you move the fence away from its original position the icons that were on it disappear until you move the fence back to the same position again.

How much does it cost to upgrade?

Can I install the trial of the latest version first to ensure it works?  If so, should I uninstall the old version or just install the new one over it?

I believe the price is as is. I don't see any discount link at this moment, so, I believe all, old or new, customer will have to pay at the same price.
