-How the .... can you accept a claim for a Refund on a Digitally downloaded Product ??? 
......."Yes sir, I promise I have erased the software from my drive... I promise"
Can someone please explain this to me ??
Once the refund is processed I am pretty sure their license key is deactivated Andy, the product will not function any more.
