Start11 really doesn't like being triggered from a taskbar being set to the top of the screen

I know moving the task bar to the top isn't supported in Win11 yet, but it's a simple registry key change (https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/windows-11-taskbar-move-to-top). So I thought maybe you'd like to see this before moving the task bar to the top becomes an official feature.

It looks fun though in the video :)

We shall investigate if we can easily add in support for this.

This is liable to be leftover code in Windows rather than a new feature though as that registry key is how you changed location in the past.  Microsoft have indicated that the bottom is the only location that the taskbar will officially be allowed to be.

NO WAY. This is awful. Well maybe an idea for a future product of yours or new feature of Start11 would be to remediate that? I'll sure pay for that. I learned as my first week as a sysadmin when I was remoted into a production server, tried to reboot my laptop and instead rebooted the server, to move the taskbar on top. Also displays get more and more wider so i often like to put the taskbar on a side since we have so much width available.

For what it's worth, triggering the start11 menu using my keyboard's WIN key works just fine.

Just so you know, that's not a problem for me anymore since updating to Win11 build 22000.194. Start11 now works just fine being triggered with the mouse from my taskbar living on the upper edge.
