Start 11 Bug

I have just installed Start11 beta.

It works just fine on my old Lenovo laptop running Win 10 Pro x64.

But when I install it on my Intel NUC NUC8i3BEH which is using my Samsung UHD TV as the display, if I try to adjust the font size the font jumps from 100% normal to about 20 times the size at any increase and will not return to 100%!!!

The only way back to 100% is to reinstall the program....

Shame really could be a nice feature if it worked as well on the TV as the laptop.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know what is your scaling setting for your TV?

Thanks

Ok so the Display settings are:

Scale & Layout: 300% (Recommended)

Display Resolution: 3840 x 2160 (Recommended)

Hope this helps

Hello,

Thanks, so when you said you set to 20 times large, is you slide the slider to 120%? or something else? And You also mean the reset button don't work to take you back to 100%?

Thank you,

Thank you for reporting this bug.

We have found the root issue and have this fixed for the next beta update.

As a workaround, you can set the scale factor to a larger value and then sign out and in again.  The font should then be correctly scaled rather than scaled for OS DPI again plus the scale factor in Start11.
