Start 11 issue combined with Windowblinds 10.89

Not sure root cause yet

Strange result with Start 11 on my Windows 11. I suspect this could be a combination of the apps I use, but I haven't been able to isolate it yet.

Three Monitors, on secondary and tertiary clicking the Start menu icon opens the start menu. But on the primary monitor the Start menu might open, might flash several times before opening, or might flash several times and not  open at all. If I disable Windowsblinds (or rather select "default" WB skin) this does not happen.

After a reboot and setting default skin I'm still getting this flashing up and down Start menu issue. So it is quite possible that the WB connection was/is a red herring.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, from what I know Windowblinds is not officially compatible with Windows 11 yet.

Thanks

I'm well aware of that. I'm reporting things I see because I wanted to help with the development of the products.

Using the "Start" key on the keyboard works without the flickering, so it does seem to be the mouse button activation that has something to do with it.

I'm also seeing strange sizing behavior on the Start menu when it opens on the secondary and tertiary monitors. It is extended at the bottom quite a bit. But the icons and the search/programs bar are all located and sized correctly. There's just a lot ob lank space, the same background as the Start 11 menu, but empty. This happens with or without WB loading.

Than you should post your finding and concern in the Start11 Beta issue thread : https://forums.stardock.com/506221. We do appreciate your feedback.

I've deleted this post as further testing proved everything I'd added to be inaccurate. So nevermind that part. I couldn't find a way to simply delte this last post so I just changed it to this.
