Deskscapes refuses to fill my screen no matter what "settings"

Displays across the top quarter of my screen in fragmented form

How do I convince my system to properly display the deskscapes? They won't fill my screen, no matter what I tell it to do in "settings". It used to work, before the new upgrade.

One or two of the descapes DO fill my screen as they're supposed to, but it doesn't seem to have anything to do with their file size or anything. Somehow, Descapes can't convince my system to display properly. Does anybody know what to do?

I have an up-to-date Windows 10 and Deskscapes 11. I'm using it on my laptop [1 monitor] 1920x1080. I tell the program to  use "global setting" (I've tried other settings, too), but it always reverts to "auto", when I tell it to apply a deskscape animation, no matter what I've told it to do. basically, the animation appears in four sections across the top 1/8th of my screen, and that's what the "preview" shows, most of the time, too- except some descapes which display fully in the "preview", but still misbehave as described when applied. The previous version of Deskscapes worked OK, though sometimes the "preview" wouldn't fully display, the animation would at least fill my screen as it's supposed to when I applied it.

I performed the operations you suggested, and it makes no difference, whatsoever, other than that now I can't access any of the deskscapes I saved in a separate folder anymore, as there's no way to add stuff in the interface anymore.

I am having same issue with the "screen saver" option not filling in the entire screen.  I am using the trial version.  I checked to see if I can choose "VMR-9" settings but I don't have the drop down box as an option. I recently moved so of course I unplugged and pack up my desktop with two monitors.  When I re-setup my desktop computer, the screen saver of deskscapes isn't full screen.  When I choose a default screen saver, the two monitors are full screen.
