Lost serial number

I need to recover my serial number, and the problem is that the email address that was on file is one I no longer have, and as such I can't get the serial number from it. I've created a user, however I need to find a way to get that serial code back, to be able to use the software again as I had to do a uninstall/re-install and it has caused me nothing but a headache. The question I have is:

How do I prove my ownership without having the email address I had prior?

How do I get the serial emailed to a new account, such as the one I'm posting form to allow me to recover when needed?

How do I connect with someone via email if the system just rejects it even though the page I was initially on suggested I email in for help?

Appreciate the time, looking forward to an answer to this situation.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You can change your email address using this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#changeemail. As for activation keys you can use this guide: https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys. If all fail you can raise a support ticket using the link below. Include all the details on your purchase there and Support will help you from there. Do let us know if you still need our assistance.

Both of those posts were what lead me to asking, as the email address that the software was purchased under is not one that had an account, or I'd be able to log in and change that to an updated email address.

As for the second link, that would send the product key to an email address that I no longer have, thus making it impossible to recover.

So I'm asking what is the best way to get my software back, or am I essentially out the $30ish I paid for it? Granted, not keeping a product key is on me, however in this day and age it's usually pretty easy to get them back.

As I said if both links fail raise a support ticket and mention all the details there and Support will help you from there. As long as you can prove to them that you're the owner of the said Software. The proof of purchase very important.

Thank you,

My sincerest apologies, I missed the part about the service ticket. Thank you for that, and I've reached out. Hopefully I can get the software back! Thank you again for the help!
