How do I down load the program again

Fences not working, had to remove, now can not download the app, how?

Hi,  For some reason, one of the fences disappeared.  I removed, but how do I download the app again?

Got it, uninstalled and reinstalled, but still have an individual fence that has disappeared.  How to I fix that?
