Lost My Fences after update

Cannot Enable Fences

Dear All,

After the last update 3.1.0.5 I lost my Fences

when I right click on the desktop the context menu shows "Enable Fences" but nothing happens when I click it!!

I have Windows 10, version 21H1, 7/18/2021 update

Thanks very much. I rolled back to version 3.9 and it restored back the fences .
