Fences has detected that Explorer was not closed properly. As a precaution, Frences has been temporarily disabled.

Ok, so I'm getting the above after either the program update or last windows update. In either case, things don't work.

 

I've tried all the tips in this post, but no luck. I've also made rules for the program files itself, but I might have to turn off "exploit protection" completely?

 

Anyone?
