Unable to Install Wincustomize Tray from SD Central

Have you tried uninstalling and deleting it then rebooting and reinstalling? If that doesn't work, please send the following information to support@stardock.com:
1) Your subscription/serial number
2) Your hardware configuration (video card and CPU are the most important ones)
3) What version of Windows you are running
4) A complete detailed report of the issue including any errors that you received, the version of the product you are running, what steps you have taken to try and resolve the problem, and how the problem can be replicated.
