Can't Create Fences

I have several fences that I've previously created but can no longer create any. When I drag out a rectangle on my desktop, the popup that prompts to create a fence doesn't appear. I can manipulate my current fences fine, just can't create new ones.

Versions of Fences Used: 3.09 & 3.10 beta

Windows 10 Pro x64 ver. 21H1

Asus Tuf A17 FA706IU

All drivers current/up-to-date.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Need you to check your desktop with a right-click to view

and scroll down to Lock Fences if it's checked un check it .

Then you can make or deleted Fences .

see if that works for you .
