Where's my downloads?

Clicking the account icon now loads a forum?

Just looking for my downloads. The account icon in the upper right corner now leads to this forum. What's up with that? New design is quite poor.

Where are you clicking the link from and what browser are you using?

The top right user icon should bring up a dropdown menu with a list of choices just as it always has.
