Wish: Split a window of groups into 2 or more

Hi everyone,
It would be very productive for people who work with 3 or more programs simultaneous to have a groupy window splited into 2 or more programs, for example:
I use FileZilla, Notepad++ and File explorer to work in my projects, currently i open one window of every app, spliting my monitor space (i have Ultrawide 2560 x 1080p) into 3, but some times it are very tedious to manually resize every window to fit my monitor.
I was thinking if i can group the 3 apps into a window and then split into 3(filezilla on left, notepad++ at center, explorer on right) and just adjust de borders to resize. the advantage would to have a groupy window and resizable.
Another example:
Create a groupy with only file explorer 2 tabs splited side by side and drag and drop documents from tab 1 to tab 2, seeing the changes realtime in groupy splited window.
Thats all, i know it can be done in Windows by draging a window at the sides(left, right, bottom,top) but it only works in full screen, would be cool to do it in an goupy window, and have multiple groupy windows, imagine the possibilities.
