apply accent color to backrounds (will not stay ticked even after applying the setting)

i apply this setting even try to reboot... soon as i re-open the program that setting is unticked again... why won't it stay activated? this is the only setting in windowblinds that doesn't seem to work/stay on...

I never bothered to set this option until now but I can confirm this on my system as well.
