I have 2 external monitors, both connected via usb-c hubs with HDMI ports, no docking station. Laptop is a few months old Dell XPS15 with windows up to date so a pretty standard modern setup.
I restarted Explorer and tried re-opening the group, but it did the same and opened outside of the visible area.
