Result of unzipping defaults to the archive's current fence

I just upgraded to 3.0 so apologies if this is already a thing.  When I unzip an archive I would like the results to only populate the fence I am in.  I think the current behavior (2.13) is to just blatt everything to the desktop, unencumbered by fence, resulting in a protracted search and move operation (if your desktop is like mine).   This would be so useful. 

If this is actually a windows/7-zip/winrar thing, or it would be easier to accomplish by modifying the unzip process at the source software, please let me know what concepts I need to get across to devs so I can post to Microsoft and 7-zip forums.
