WindowBlinds problem

Hi there! I`ve bought Object Desktop package. I cannot use WindowBlinds. I installed, then activated, but when i try to apply a skin, it`s say the app was not installed correctly, and asks me if I want the problem to be fixed. I click ok, but nothing works.

Since I cannot use it, I want a refund. It was a mistake buying the products.
