Well, considering that is a leaked build and not an official Microsoft released build I doubt Start 10 will work on it until the Stardock Team had a chance to work with the actually Windows 11 OS to make it work. And it might even have to be a total new build of Start10, i.e. Start11.
But I guess an representative of Stardock will come by and give you a more official statement.
You should be able to access it via the windows key on your keyboard for now as a workaround.
yes the windows key works when I test it as well. but oddly Open-shell v4.4.160 work fully tho. Form what I have seen of windows 11 it looks ok, but it will need a start menu fix to be useable in anyway.
It seems like there's a difference in the way that the start button works. Regarding the start menu fix, you can insert a registry entry to get back the "classic" start menu. Unfortunately, they define the "classic" start menu as the Windows 10 start menu, which is somewhat ironic. The windows 10 start menu is still better than what they have on 11, though. Still waiting for the Stardock program to be updated, in any case. In my opinion, it would be a mistake for them to wait until the end of the year to start to work on it. They should work on the developer build so that the program will be ready to go right away at the end of the year. Until then, use the "classic" windows 10 menu.
Also, now the first insider builds are on insiders PC's, they're gonna see a need before the official release. Yes odd that windows key works but hey it's something. 😀
Worry not, Stardock will not wait until the end of the year to make products for Windows 11.
