Problems with installation

Fences 3.09 will not install. When I try to install the program, through Object desktop, I get the message shown in the attached picture ("Operation cancelled. Restrictions are activated on the computer. Please contact your system administrator") and I cannot continue. In fact, the same thing also occurs when I try to install other programs in the suite.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

What AV software are you running try shutting that down 

then try installing your programs from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

and report back if that works for you .
