Keeps asking for product key
WHY does Stardock, all of a sudden, keep asking me for my Product Key. TODAY, for the second time since April, I was AGAIN asked for my product key. I have had/used Stardock since 2015 AND purchased it several times over the past several years. I am FED UP with the non-responses to my emails about the situation I just described. I also note that there was a TOTALLY inadequate email response that contained a "productkeyretrieval" link that DOES NOT WORK at all.
WHAT IS GOING ON HERE???????????????????????????
