Product Key

I recently purchased both Windows 10 Menu and Fences. Both prompted me for the product keys (in the middle of gaming session). Entered for Windows 10. Fences said the product key was incorrect. (Most likely, the automatic key that came up was the same as for Windows 10 Menu.)

I received no email including a product key for Fences and a subsequent email of all keys associated with my account listed only that for Windows 10 menu. When I tried to open a support ticket to have the Fences key sent by email, I received an email in response saying no support ticket would be opened.

The payment for Fences was apparently processed through a company called FastSpring which -- to my horror -- is reportedly disreputable.

I just need my product key for Fences and sincerely hope this FastSpring bunch aren't preparing to clean out my bank account.

What gives?

Already did that. Thanks. This sends an email that includes only the Windows 10 Menu product key listed, which was activated with no issues, as noted. No other product keys are listed in that email despite that I purchased both Windows 10 menu and Fences.

I do not see a Fences purchase on your account. You will need to start a support ticket and please include your order number, and any other relevant information.

The charge is listed as "pending" on my bank account. I've received no emails including either the key or the relevant information. I've received only a receipt from PayPal.

I'll give it another day and see if the appropriate email is received and, if not, attempt again to open a support ticket.

Meanwhiile, I'll be adding FastSpring to my "avoid at all costs" list.
