Question on use-first timer

I just purchased Fences for my windows 10. I wanted to ask if "Fences" only appears on the HOME PAGE SCREEN or "HOW" do I adjust the settings to allow it to appear over any page I am viewing.  It seems to be a pain to have to close all the pages open to get back to the Home Page of mine to click open "Fences" to reopen another Fenced Icon.

Need to know what you mean by "Home Page Screen"? If you mean "Desktop" Yes, Fences will only be on Desktop. Since it is "Automatically organize your "Desktop" shortcuts icons" as mentioned on its product page. Just like your icons on your desktop. You need to minimize all your Windows to get to your desktop icons.
