Migrated to New PC, OD Doesn't Recognize Serial #

I purchased Fences 3 in Dec 2019 and was immediately hit with an offer to get Object Desktop for a steep discount. I went ahead and did that in January of 2020. I just migrated to a new PC and had no issue with installing and reactivating Fences, but when I downloaded Object Desktop it doesn't recognize that I purchased it. It just gives me Try/Buy links instead. Any tips? Or am I really just SOL after paying for the whole thing?
