Minor theme bug

I have an old Alienware Invader theme. Windows 10 20H2 system. Theme for WindowBlinds, however the issue may not be related to WB. I already created a topic here, where I found out that the problem is only with me.

Unfortunately this topic was closed. Here is a video with all WindowBlinds and Start10 settings.
