It it possible (and how) to create a Desktoplink to activate a different substyle or preset of the current skin?

And is it possible to create a Desktoplink to activate a different skin (as a parameter for the wbload.exe or so?)
If this is possible, then would it possible to do the thing in post 1 (double the complete skin, then delete the "unwanted" substyles and then would have any version only a different (sub)style.
Has the the wbload.exe any parameters to call a skin with a link?
