Optimizing old themes for Windows 10

I have WB from XP, I applied them for 10. Themes work fine, but there are minor bugs in Start.

The Royale theme has an empty indent on the right, as XP has icons there. At themes Alienware Xenomorph, Start cut.

How can I reduce Start in Royale and fix a bug in Xenomorph? Also, how do you change the design of the shutdown button?

This theme has all the different XP-variations, including Royale, Zune, Luna etc.: eXperience

The Xenomorph wb is/was a premium theme/suite and will most likely not be updated. To do it yourself, there is no other way than explained in reply by basj above.

After examining the problem, it turned out that the problem is not in the theme, but in general it is not clear what.
