Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You should be able download directly from your account. Refer to screenshot below.

From what I can see the install via Object Desktop is broken. It downloads Deskscapes 11 beta OK, ( I can see it in the downloads folder) and it 'installs' it - but it doesn't actually install anything. If you click the downloaded file it prompts you to uninstall deskscapes 10 before trying to install deskscapes 11 - See screenshots. Hope this helps.

If you uninstall Deskscapes 10 and than install DeskScapes 11. Does it work?

Thanks

Haven't tried that - but it probably will, the point is tho' that this is distributed via desktop mgr so it *should* seamlessly upgrade from 10 to 11 without me needing to uninstall and reboot manually 1st!

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

The uninstall message for DS10 is expected and nessessary.

I've no problems with uninstalling deskscapes 10 as part of the upgrade process, the issue is that there is no indication that you need to do this when you click the update button in object desktop mgr! - it just downloads the update, attempts to install it, issues a msg saying it's installed deskscapes 11, then returns back to the same screen with deskscapes 11 listed as update... what it should do is uninstall 10, request you reboot and then resume the install of 11, silently failing with no meaningful error msg is pretty useless.

Is this for Windows 11 to or? As the name 11
End of tmyrdal77's quote

I believe it is for Windows 10 not officially for Windows 11 yet.

Thank you,
