Refund

I purchased a renewal for Object Desktop for $8.99. But did not receive a confirmation. I repeated and charged this time for $9.99. Again I failed to receive a confirmation and was unable to download and additions to my existing software. I repeated one more time. This time I received a confirmation and was able to download. However all three charges appear on my credit card statement. Please advise how to obtain a refund; and how to create a ticket.
