Haven't received product key

I sent payment for Fences 3 at the end of March. I accidentally paid twice. Stardock did refund one purchase. But I still have not received a product key for the outstanding purchase.

I've tried going thru support and there has been no helpful response. I even opened a second support request to get help from a human. No response. I tried the Send Me My Product Keys link. That sent me my old key for Fences 2. That doesn't work for 3. 

I hope someone from Stardock that can actually do something sees this forum post and contacts me. Or maybe someone in the forum that knows someone from Stardock.

I have opened one of the several emails I received and clicked on the View Request link. That takes me to a log in screen. I put in my user name and password and it tells me that it isn't correct. Well, it's the same that I used to get here on the forum. 

So now how do I find my request number if I can't log in using my current info?

Okay create a new one, using the link below, include all your details together with your purchase details there and once you done. There should be a new ticket number there. Post that number here so that I can forward it to support.
