Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Does the issue happen when you use the tabs on top option(Always place above)?

Hello, good afternoon, if I did tests with the option that you indicate in the photograph.

the program has strange behaviors similar to the video, sometimes it works well other times not.

the option that I like the most is ((combined it possible)) for that option I bought the groupy program is my favorite.

fix it please I beg you.

Are you able to test this on Windows 10?

Hello good day . I would gladly try it on windows 10 I only have windows 7 that I recently reinstalled. W10 for it to go well I would need an SSD and I have a Wester Digital 7200rpm hard disk.

I could try to install it in a virtual machine (Virtual Box) and do the same tests that I do in the videos. In the same way, to be clear, I cannot change the system since I play classic games that work excellently well on windows 7.

do you want me to do the same tests (W10 VirtualBox)? I await your answer and please. fix the problem (W7), thanks

That is certainly not required to run Windows 10.

When I install it on my machine, the task manager consumes me resources, the windows defender, the APP applications of the store, etc etc etc it has many services that consume 50% to 60% of the resource, when I install windows 7 it consumes 2% at 3% use (surprising no?)

someone loaned me their SSD for testing

when I did the tests with the same system the same version again with a Wester Digital Blue SSD 60% to 50% low to 12% o 10%

Today I will do the tests with the system (W10) with the same programs I will write to you soon.

Hello, here are the tests, it took me days to bring this video since my internet is slow and being able to install the system took me time.

as you can see in the video you can see

1 if it happens that the internet downloader manager gets out of control sometimes.

2 does not join 100% in a single instance the option: (show only one button on the taskbar)

3 windows 7 errors, example, letter stacked is not visible in W10 because W10 does not have transparent mode.

Please solve the problems that I published days ago with windows 7 I await your answer

hello again I did the tests with teamviewer and it works fine (W10), doing the same steps with windows 7 there are a lot of errors I made a report on this case a long time ago and it was ignored. Please I am a customer of yours so do not ignore my reports, I have bought several programs (STEAM) and I can demonstrate it

W10

W7

Hi @sdRohan I have fixed a video above that I accidentally set as private.

do you have any solution for me ?

It took me days to download W10 to do the tests that I brought you days ago, was it in vain?

Your Windows 7 reports will be looked at but will not likely be a high priority for niche cases.  Microsoft does not even support the OS any longer and it is unlikely that we will with any new product.

If there are still legit issues with Windows 10, please let us know what they are with exact steps with how to reproduce them (video is not enough as you are using a different language).

Hello good afternoon I'm glad you answered the message I felt ignored.

I don't see much sense in your comment about windows 7 since many of the programs and games have support for the W7 operating system so they should support it as long as the game is compatible.

if the games that they published new were with direct 12 I would give you all the reason because directx 12 does not support windows 7 or 8, 8.1.

also this new program just out of the honor released this 2021 supports windows 7 appears in the store.

I want to continue buying your products, I just don't want you to take away my support because I am not the only one with problems with your products, I want to leave happy and you too happy with my purchases because you have interesting products.

Nor would it be reasonable that if microsoft removes support for windows 7 and 8 you would follow the bad examples.

since you have many programs and games that support it what you would do is subtract audience

Something tells me that if Microsoft advises jumping off a cliff, you would listen to it. Be more professional when making decisions.

about the video that cost me to record, I say that you should see what I do, not go by the language. (spanish)

everything I write to you is translated.

thank you very much for your response

Minimizing to the system tray is an application specific feature which could be implemented in a number of ways.

Groupy supports applications minimized to the taskbar, it cannot support all cases of minimized to the system tray as it may be unable to let the application know it has been unminimized when you click on it on the tab for the window.  End result you could have nothing visible when you click on the tab if the app depends on receiving a specific message from the system tray icon to restore the window.

In short, do not use minimize to system tray features with windows in a group or you may experience issues.

With regards to Windows 7, it left Microsoft support as of Jan 2020 and was replaced by Windows 8 almost 9 years ago.

Given the lack of security updates, I would personally be uncomfortable with continuing to run Windows 7 myself.

Support for OSes in products generally is determined by the cost of doing so.  If supporting Windows 7 causes a product to be less good on Windows 10 or requires more than a small amount of additional effort it is unlikely to be supported in future applications I would imagine.

Hello good evening, if the application has a bug your duty is to fix it and not to order not to use options that are useful and are used day after day.

2. Besides that I understand you do not work with Microsoft

that's pure excuses, about updates for not doing their job. besides that's not their problem if microsoft removes support for windows 7 and 8. their duty is to continue to support the programs and games that support it.  (that's why we buy games and programs from them) that's why they put on steam the requirements for W7, 8 and 10.

I have bought with my two steam accounts the same programs, groupy, cursorFX, fences etc. and I buy those programs because I really want to support you.

I prefer to help than to pirate. as long as you put in the requirement that supports Windows 7 and 8 must give support if or if the programs and game . and it has been said.

they should not get into a debate with the customers because we the customers are right.

we customers are not rich the vast majority to have the best system and the best machines think of others. greetings.
