Issue with Object Desktop

I bough a subscription for Object desktop right now but I am unable to use it since it is not letting my account to register my provided serial number that I got after I paid $29.99 via my debit card for subscription. See screenshot included in the email. I am omitting the serial number for safety please look into it thanks. I need to activate it today.

My registered email address is a yahoo address and it is not getting any confirmation emails. I have tried Lookup Product Keys multiple times for me to confirm my account and it tells me to check my email but I am not getting any email to click on the link to confirm my yahoo email account received from your website please help.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Are you using the email address that was used to buy the product ? ( a Must )

Did you check your Spam folder in case your email got sent there ?

Is it possible you typed in the wrong email address at purchase ?

I used my email address Please do not post email addresses on the forums while purchasing. It is not getting any email from your website. 

I checked my spam folder multiple times and it is also empty. I do not think I typed my email address. But I did register on the website using my Gmail email address since my yahoo account is not getting any emails. Please help me out to reset my email address to my gmail account.

I just don't understand that why are we talking in circles I already told you my yahoo email is not getting any emails from you guys either in inbox or my spam folder. I have tried everything before writing here in the forums.

 

I will again tell you the same thing that is when I tried the link that you gave me above https://www.stardock.com/accounts/accountinfo it tells me this 

"Complete

An email was sent to the email address specified to verify the email address change."  (see screenshot in below link)

But that email is not being received in my yahoo account. Now am I going to get some relief here and not write the same thing again or do I need to cancel my subscription and revert my amount back. I am not wasting anymore time repeating the same thing over and over again.

I have raised a support ticket. I have written to them to give me a refund since I am not able to get the software to work since day 1.

 

Now I am just waiting for a proper reply now.
