Keyboard and Mouse delays when opening a KVM

Hello all,

Since I started using Multiplicity, I've always experience a delay when opening a KVM window where the keyboard and mouse will work, but a second later it won't.  It's strange because I can move the mouse and cursor, but it won't register clicks or keypresses.  It will usually recover and work, but sometimes it remains in this state and I am forced to close and reopen the KVM window to get it to work properly.

I use Multiplicity to play multiple instances of Everquest, and I assume it is related to EQ rather than Multiplicity, but thought I would check if there might be a solution.

It also could be an anti-cheat feature in any game if that is really only when you see it - with games.
