Disconnected from Ironcad Online

I'm trying to get Ironclad Online but when i try to create the account is gives an error message "Disconnected from Ironclad Online". I just don't know what to do about this. I only have Diplomacy. Could this be the problem?

Same problem here. I have re-installed Sins after a clean Windows 10 build, patched to 1.195, bypassed the launcher that would not start the game and have successfully tested the game in solo mode.

Attempt to create and Ironclad Online account out of the game failed.

Help please?

Oh, and it is the basic game, not any of the expansions.
