ObjectDock improvement needed

First time user of ObjectDock.  Nice app - definitely with more viewing real estate and faster cpu, this app is handy.  However, one serious oversight.  When I select to show on my docket the open applications, and I mouse over them, all I see is an enlarged icon with the name of the app.  There should be a tweak added that allows users the option that when you mouse over the open apps in the docket that in addition to displaying the app's name that the window of the app also comes to the top of all windows.  The overhead will be minimal and it will make this a super powerful must have tool.  Thank you.
