Iconpackager version 10.03

sorry i should have said iconpackager above

i set an icon and random other icons change as well. also some icons show default no icon.

it's also a little confusing building a icon pack with Package builder, as most of the options seem to be for older versions of windows.

Does those packages you download from https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/iconpackager, work?
