Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
For Start10, when it is prompting you to activate, if you go here:
C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Start10
Note, that is ProgramData, not Program Files. If you do not see ProgramData, enable it:
Do you have a License.sig there? If not, and you activate, does it then?
If it asks you again - sometime later as it has - is it then missing again?
If so, I would like to know if your AV app is quarantining it.
