Accessing the menu

Hi

I have a desktop and laptop pc both have the same version Windows 10 install on both [ the latest ]

When accessing Start 10 the Desktop defaults to All Programs and the Laptop defaults to the Start menu

Can you tell me how to make the Desktop PC default to The Start Menu.

Please advise

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You can set to Normal Start Menu instead default to All Program. You need to un-select that option. Refer to screenshot below.
