IconPackager keeps chaning my icons

I'm trying to use IconPackager on Windows 10 64 bit, version 20H2.  The version # doesn't matter because I've had this problem ever since I started using this program over a year ago.  I even re-downloaded it just in case it had been updated and fixed any known issues.  Anyway, I setup all the icons the way I want them, but when I apply it, some of the icons completely change to something I didn't set them to.  And when I go to correct them, other ones will change.  I'm constantly fighting with it to keep the icons the way I set them up.  I dread wanting to change even one icon, because I know several other ones will get messed up when I try to make any changes
